What you should do if a loss occurs
Immediately contact your insurance agent who will provide us with the necessary information to
begin processing your claim.
If you are unable to contact your agent, you can contact Quincy Mutual directly
(24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or by reporting your claim online
(7 days a week except from 3:00 am - 4:00 am, Tuesday through Saturday).
