Inquiries About Your Bill/Payments

There are two ways to find out more about your bill or the status of your payments:
- To inquire about the status of your payments or any general question about your bill you can contact our Customer Service staff between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM at 617-770-5390 (ext. 5390) or 800-899-1116 (ext. 5390).
- You have access 24 hours a day to our Automated Billing Inquiry System. Dial 617-770-5140 or 877-796-6803.
- You will be prompted to use your telephone key pad to input your policy number. Then just follow the instructions
