Auto Claims Representative
Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and
settlement of automobile first party physical damage and third party
property damage claims in the states of MA, RI, CT, and NJ. The
position requires an individual to have strong communication and
organizational skills. A four-year college degree or equivalent
college level insurance courses required. Minimum one year handling
all types’ physical damage claims required. Adjuster licenses
in the states of Rhode Island and/or Connecticut helpful.
Property Claim Examiner
-Homeowner\Businessowner Claims-
Responsible for the investigation, evaluation and settlement of
first party homeowners and businessowners claims using company’s
network of independent adjusting firms. Duties include reviewing
the work of independent adjusters to assure compliance with company
performance standards and state insurance laws. May assist adjusters
with complex or high valued claims.
Qualified candidate will have a college degree and a minimum of
five years of experience handling personal lines and commercial
lines claims.
This position requires excellent decision-making, communication
and customer service skills.
Claims Representative – PIP and Med Pay
Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and
settlement of personal injury protection and medical payment claims.
The position requires professional communication with agents, insured,
attorneys and medical providers.
Four-year college degree or equivalent college level insurance
courses. Minimum 2-5 years experience handling physical damage and/or
personal injury protection and medical payment claims is required.
Adjuster licenses in RI and CT preferred.
